Payment can be made by major credit cards on-line or by emailing details to us.You can expect to receive your purchase within four weeks of ordering. Patience is needed to allow our talented but temperamental artists to produce their best work, and to allow the oil paint to thoroughly dry before packing and shipping. Delivery is by international courier (UPS, DHL, TNT, etc) FREE OF CHARGE to North America, Western Europe, Asia, Australasia. If your order is going to other destinations please email us for any additional delivery costs. It is now fairly common in most Western countries for small parcels that arrive by international courier to go through Customs with minimal formalities and without charges but we have no control over this. We cannot be held responsible for payment of any import duties or other government taxes that may be charged in the destination country.

If you order two items please deduct 20%, three items deduct 25%, and four or more items deduct 30%.

In the unlikely event that we slip up and the wrong subject, size, or colour is supplied, or if your paintings arrive damaged, we will replace them without charge, or refund your payment. But to help us to keep track of the hundreds of orders we handle each year please email us first so that we can advise the correct return address and shipping methods. Returns can only be accepted by prior arrangement.
